Update of sorts!
So, I’ve been quiet the last couple weeks since the release of Lust Unleashed: Awakening. Busy with other things, but still.
First of all, thank you to everyone who bought the ebook at Affect3D! I do appreciate the support from all of you, considering the amount of effort it took to make this a reality. 🙂 I also appreciate your patience, given my tenacity to delay these things. 😋
So what next? Well, from what @thedude3dx mentioned in a recent post, and as I have said in yesterday’s post at Affect3D (which you should read! It’s about going beyond image sets), we’re aiming to release at more mainstream ebook sellers, including Amazon’s Kindle Marketplace. This requires some tweaking, including creating a more affordable text-only version (since most e-readers do not like images). But we’re also doing an illustrated version that includes not only the scenes in Chapters 2 and 7, but also images showing off the various chapters. The one above is from Chapter 5…though not the final version. 😉 This was actually what I originally intended to do for the ebook, but, well…circumstances at the time changed.
This will likely have a mid-February release in two versions, at least at the Kindle Store. We’ll have a definitive release date when the time comes.
But what if I already bought the Affect3D version, andi? How do I get these new-fangled illustrations?
Just be a little patient. I’m working on making a product update to the store that will be announced both here and at Affect3D. Those who bought the product will get the update free of charge, and those buy the product afterward will have the update included. This update will appear after the Amazon release, to give customers there some exclusivity. I’m not sure how long the exclusivity window will be, but it won’t be too long.
What next?
There are some big things ahead at Affect3D which I’m not at liberty to discuss. That may take up quite a bit of my time. But I will try to fit in practicing my lettering skills so that JimJim and I can move forward on Emily’s Negotiation.
